Alysha Dayle

Interim Executive Director

Alysha began her journey with the Erin Mills Youth Centre as a practicum student September 2016, while enrolled in the Community Justice Service Program at Sheridan College. Upon completion of the program in 2017 she joined the Erin Mills Youth Centre team and has transitioned through many roles such as Program Facilitator, Community Coordinator, Interim Program Supervisor, and now Interim Executive Director. Her passion for wanting to empower the youth within a community that she once lived, is what drives her efforts and dedication in making a difference.

Martyna Ziubinska

OPERATIONAL MANAGER

Martyna started at EMYC in December of 2022.  She graduated from York University with a degree in Psychology, and from University of Waterloo with a degree in Public Health in the Social Behavioural stream. Before joining the EMYC team, Martyna held various managerial roles within the social services sector.  Martyna is excited to connect with the youth participating in EMYC programming as well as being involved in an organization that truly makes a difference in young people's lives. 

Markisha C

Program facilitator

Markisha started her involvement with (EMYC) as a placement student, while she was pursuing her Social Service Worker diploma at George Brown College. After she successfully completed her placement, she took a position for the summer as a Recreational Leader on the Ridgeway Community Courts. This involvement allowed her to grow; she knew that she wanted to stay within the community. After her time as a Recreational Leader, Markisha took the full-time role of Program Facilitator. Markisha has two diplomas (Assaulted Women's and Children's Counsellor/Advocate diploma and her Social Service Worker diploma) from GBC and is currently embarking on completing her Bachelor's of Social Work. Markisha’s determination to be the person she needed when she was a child is what enables her to be a positive, inclusive and valuable asset to the youth she connects with.
