Various workshops that support youth ages 13-19 with learning essential skills such as: Work etiquette/online etiquette, communication etiquette, job search engine navigation, portfolios/LinkedIn, resume creation/editing and much more. One-on-One mentoring to youth on variety of topics such as: professional, social and emotional challenges.

The Future is Female

The Future is Female is a mentorship program open to females between the ages of 13-18. The program allows participants to be mentored by subject matter experts, who share their knowledge and expertise on topics that are relevant to participants. The program empowers young women, while helping them build healthy peer relationships, youth – adult mentorship relationships and a support network. 

Student Placement Incubator (Currently On Pause)

Annually Erin Mills Youth Centre welcomes a cohort of students from post secondary schools across the Greater Toronto area, to complete their practicum through our student incubator. The incubator is project based; and promotes skill development and preparation for a career in a variety of fields within the human services sector. 

The application for the 2023-2024 student incubator opens May 2023.

Ridgeway Courts

The Ridgeway Courts is an outdoor multisport facility, that offers a variety of programs to the community, facilitated by EMYCs Youth Recreational Leaders.  The courts are opened annually from the month of May – October, weather permitting. All activities at the court are decided upon by the Ridgeway Community Courts Steering committee, a group of volunteer residents.
